This deck allows you to continuously deal massive Arts damage while increasing the cheer on your stage. You can gain an advantage by mastering technical abilities that move cheer and the positions of your holomem.

In the early game, use your hand and hBP01-104 [Normal PC] to set up Debut holomem on the stage. Adjust your hand with support cards, and build up holo Power through collabing. If you are playing second, hBP05-064 [Shiranui Flare] allows you to add two Debut holomem to your hand, stabilizing your early-game momentum.
In the mid game, prepare for the late game by using hBP05-080 [SorAZ Celebration] to find 1st holomem, hBP05-066 [Shiranui Flare] to switch cards in your hand, hBP03-079 [Shiranui Flare] to send a cheer, and hBP05-065 [Shiranui Flare] to protect your center holomem.
In the late game, aim to down your opponent's holomem with the Arts of hBP05-067 [Shiranui Flare] and hSD07-009 [Shiranui Flare].
Since hBP05-067 [Shiranui Flare] can send cheer to a back holomem, even if she is downed the following turn, you can continue using Arts without wasting your cheer.
Once you have sufficient cheer on your stage, use the SP Oshi skill of hBP05-007 [Shiranui Flare] to deal massive damage and aggressively pressure the opponent's life.

She possesses an Art whose effect changes based on a die roll. If the roll matches your remaining life total, both effects apply, making it an extremely powerful Art that deals 180 damage and lets you draw 1 card. Additionally, when using her Art, you can send cheer to a back holomem and return a 1st holomem to your hand, allowing you to stabilize your stage and use Arts consistently every turn.

If your life is 3 or less, her Art gains additional damage, allowing her to deal 140 damage. She also has a damage reduction ability exclusive to the center position. Prepare her in the back position until she has enough cheer, then move her to the center position to down opponent's holomem once your life reaches 3 or less.
