Regarding the Distribution of Promotional Items for Events Held Between June and August 2026
Thank you for your continued support of hololive OFFICIAL CARD GAME.
We have become aware that the distribution of promotional items to various official shops supporting hololive OFFICIAL CARD GAME events and tournaments between June and August 2026 was insufficient, disappointing players who took the time to attend or were planning to take part in these events.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Ayakashi Vermilion Entry Cup

*A set of 4 PR cards, consisting of 1 of every type included, will be distributed as compensation.

Details and Method of Compensation
Regardless of having received the promotional items listed above on the original day of the event or tournament, all players will be compensated with the appropriate items in accordance with the events in which they participated.
- Compensation: Participation prize corresponding to the event participated x1
- Venue for Collection: The local game store where the event or tournament was hosted.
- Collection Period: Sep. 1 (Tue) - Nov. 30 (Mon), 2026
- Method of Compensation: Please present your Bushi Navi record to the staff at the local card shop that hosted the event in which you participated. (Past play records can be accessed via the "My Event Details" screen in the Bushi Navi app; Steps: Go to "My Profile" (Bushi Navi ID) → "Match History" → "Find the event" → Finally, "My Event Details.")
In closing, we once again apologize for the inconvenience that we have caused to the players who have taken the time to participate in our events, as well as to the official shops that kindly hosted these events and tournaments.
In response to these issues, we are reviewing our logistical procedures and are committed to preventing similar problems in the future.
